Immaculette started with a question: what if luxury holiday homes invested in the communities around them?

Not as a gesture. As a standard.

We created an accreditation that connects premium properties with the local artisans, producers, and experience makers who make a place worth visiting. Guests get something money can't usually buy. Communities get a market they deserve. And property owners get guests who genuinely appreciate what they've built.

That's not just a business model. It's a better way of doing things.

Our story

Immaculette began with a simple observation in Cornwall 30 years ago: many self-catering holiday homes offered little more than tea bags and coffee. I believed the welcome could be much more meaningful, reflecting the quality and character of the place guests had chosen to visit.

Life then took me through decades of hospitality, including salons, restaurants and tourism. Those experiences helped me understand what makes guests feel genuinely welcomed, and how local businesses can become part of a memorable stay.

Now, that original idea has matured into Immaculette: a local-impact accreditation and guest-experience platform helping premium holiday homes create more meaningful welcomes while directing more visitor spending towards local producers and independent businesses.

The idea has taken 30 years to mature. The opportunity is now.

Proof of concept

Immaculette is not a concept that appeared overnight. It began with an insight, was shaped by decades of hands-on hospitality experience, and is now being developed for a time when guests, property owners and local communities are ready for a more connected kind of tourism.
